Welcome to Valle Vista Elementary where our students show their Viking PRIDE by being respectful, responsible, safe, and ready to learn! Our school has been serving the Valle Vista community in the Hemet Unified School District for over 30 years. We welcome every opportunity to engage our parents and community of educators to be part of the teaching and learning process as we inspire students to be the best they can be!
We currently have approximately 745 students enrolled from Transitional-Kindergarten through Fifth Grade. We also offer students the opportunity to participate in after school intervention classes, The STEAM Academy, and after school support which is offered through the SAFE Program.
We invite you to learn more about our AVID program to prepare our students for College and careers through the rigor of middle school and high school. We also invite you to partner with us to strengthen our students' social and interactive skills with our Positive Behavior Intervention Supports (PBIS) system and 16 Positive Social Skills. This is a system for high expectations in social (and academic) behavior. It provides students with the skills they need to positively interact with others in a variety of settings: home, school, community, etc. The goal at Valle Vista is to prepare our students intellectually, socially, and emotionally for a successful future.
At Valle Vista Elementary School, we identify and appreciate the significance of a strong partnership between home and school. We offer many activities for parents and families to be involved in PTA, ELAC, School Site Council, Family Nights, Doughnuts with Dr. Ramirez, Viking Readers; a volunteer student reading program, Family Nights, and more!
We look forward to working with you to help our wonderful Valle Vista Viking Scholars experience a success here at Valle Vista, as we prepare them for their future! We invite you to join us as our Vikings CHARGE ON to be the best they can be!
